How Kooga NZ and Devine Technology Came Together

Prior to teaming up with Devine, Kooga NZ weren’t satisfied with their existing technology provider based overseas. Their software and operating system had become outdated and were no longer being supported. Add to this, they were unable to use MS Office software / apps for optimum productivity, and they had very poor security protecting their systems, with long support response times.

So it was time for a change and since one of Kooga’s employees had previously worked with Devine, the decision was made to switch their technology needs to a local business that could provide a complete technology service and be available on-demand when required.

 

Problems, Challenges & Solutions.

Devine supplied Kooga with a new and modern Windows 2019 Server hosted on-site at Devine’s own secure premises, just two blocks away from the client.

Devine also provided Kooga with full access to Microsoft Office apps for ultimate productivity along with Server 2019 integration with Office 365, implemented for single sign on to Microsoft services. This provision means reduced login prompts and increased security with 2FA (two factor authentication) for both server logon and Microsoft 365, a feat not possible through Kooga’s previous technology provider.

Kooga’s technology upgrades and services from Devine means they’ve been able to increase their productivity with a single location to access all their necessary business applications both in the office or from any remote location.
